Cuffing D-Class to gas them is NOT against the rules, totally fine. As is uncuffing and freeing them.

HOWEVER, cuffing the Janitor and YOU to gas the two of you is BOTH FailRP AND RDM.
So Antwon is at least proven guilty of 1 case of FailRP, and someone may be able to check the archived logs for whoever cuffed the janitor.

I will bring this to William before I get offline.
