Suggestion Title:
Doctor, you're coming with me.
How would it benefit the server:
It could add a safer way to transport 049, and an arguably more realistic situation too!
Potential Issues/Exploits:
Cuffing 049, possible false reports, etc.
Additional notes:
Okay, so CURRENTLY we CANNOT cuff 049 in ANY manner, only Fear RP is allowed.
Perhaps we can allow MTF to cuff 049 under the following circumstances.
1) 049 has surrended by adverting "049 surrenders to <name>"
2) 049 is cuffed with SHACKLES
3) 049 is not under Fear RP when surrendering (to prevent players from FearRP forcing 049 to surrender and get cuffed)
4) There are 2+ MTF in the same room as 049 when he is cuffed
Just an idea, I am quite sure it will be declined, but I am sending it you're way just to see. You never know, because I know a few players liked this idea in the past when I talked about it with them.
