Suggestion Title: Find some way to fix broken keypads.
How would it benefit the server: Sometimes a hacking keycard will get stuck in a keypad scanner, and it makes it so that you're unable to use it. The answer seems simple enough, delete the keypad, but if the keypad is a world keypad (Example: One for the HCZ gate), then it can cause major problems.
Potential Issues/Exploits: Actually an anti-exploit
Additional notes: I have no idea how this will be fixed, but it needs to be fixed.
