Define RDM , and give an simple example scenario:
RDM is Random Deathmatch, where you kill someone without an RP reason. Player X walks over to SCP-173 and fires into him/her until the SCP dies.
Define NLR , and give an simple example scenario:
NLR is New Life Rule, where you forget everything that happened in your past life. Player X dies and tries to return to his death place before his NLR time is up and is kicked.
Give an simple example scenario of Metagaming:
Metagaming is to use OOC information as IC Information. Player X gets a warrant for search a minute later after saying how much his VIP printer is making.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X:
I would teleport both players onto a rooftop and I would ask one individual at a time for their side of the story and I would also look for any witnesses and I would use Logs as proof too, and I would warn the player responsible for the rule break and then I would teleport them both back to their original position while I watch the RDMer to see if he/she does something stupid.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
I would PM the player that the bank raid is an IC situation and must be reported to the police via /911 or /advert, and I would do nothing to prevent the raid until it is over
What would you do if you saw an Security or Researcher on the surface:
I would inform the player that he/she is not allowed on the surface and then i would close Gate A and teleport them to Gate A entrance and tell them to turn back the way they came.
Why you should be chosen(atleast 50 words):
I should be chosen because I have experience with staffing semi-serious RP and SeriousRP servers, and that I am a former high ranked staff member of skynet a long time ago, and I wish to return to the server as a staff member once again. And I am fair to the players and staff alike and I am experienced in administrating Evenly-populated and over-populated servers and I can operate under peer pressure.

My name is Jeff Moody, I am 17 years of age, I am a life-long gamer, I am thinking about college when I graduate and go into Computer Programming if I am not able to join the armed forces. I am a very experienced staff member. I have been on steam for over 5 years. I have experience with all staff ranks with the exception of Developer. I am currently in the Junior Year of High School. The school clubs I am currently in includes Spanish Club and Fandom Club, and I'm also in the school's Marching Band, and I play the 3rd Bass Drum. I, Zandria, understand that upon applying, I agree that if I was to become a member of staff, I would never abuse any of my powers, I will act responsible and mature, and I will set a very good example for the players of the server. I understand that if I was abusing my position as staff, or acting immaturely and irresponsibly, I am subject to being removed from my position. I will follow all rules at all times, and perform to the best of my ability.
