Define RDM , and give a simple example scenario:
random death match, lets say an MTF goes to d block and shoots up the place for no reason an d kills a lot of people
Define NLR , and give a simple example scenario:
new life rule, lets say you die, you cant be killed or return to the same place for 10 min I believe
Define FAIL RP, and give a simple example scenario:
lets say an mtf enters d-block for absolutely no reason not that they should but that would be fail rp
Define Metagaming, and give a simple example scenario of Metagaming:
Metagaming is any strategy, action or method used in a game which transcends a prescribed ruleset, or goes beyond the supposed limits or environment set by the game
How would you, as a player, deal with this type of situation? (As user, not staff).
Player X is an MTF, Player X kills Player Y, another MTF. Player Z cuffs Player X and sticks him to a wall.
depends if player y was fail rping, I would not release the mtf cause its not my business its the staffs and there's some reason behind the situation
Explain how you would handle the following situation: (As staff).
Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X:
I would first ask what caused the situation, the console probably wouldn't show what provoked y to kill x and depending on the result a warn would be given to the person that RDMed first
Explain how you would handle the following situation: (As staff).
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
If there was no other OOC staff request I would tp to him and inform him its part of the game and the bank is there for a reason ingame
What would you do if you saw a researcher or Janitor on the surface? (As staff).
I would pull them aside and tell them they're not allowed to be on the surface, warn them, and send them back into the facility
How experienced are you with the ULX Interface/commands?
not very experience but I plan to research on the interface more after I finish this application
:EDIT: after research I understand the ULX interface well and know how to bind it to keys on my keyboard and use it properly

Why you should be chosen? (atleast 50 words):
I am very good with people and believe in the saying "there are two sides to every story..." if I got this accepted and went on duty and entered a sit I would listen to both sides before passing any warns or punishments threw, I understand admins are superior to moderators and if asked by an admin to back off I will, I understand the responsibility's of this staff position and intend to use the powers that come with it correctly

on average I'm a nice person to talk to, like I said above I believe in the saying "two sides to every story..." so on average I'm not a rude guy and I'm really patient with people and can tolerate stuff a lot of people wouldn't be able to
