Someone left the server when I was trying to do a sit with him so I got and Admin to ban him, also RDM, RDA, etc

I was an SA before the restarted and I had dealt with many sits and problems ect so I have experience as a Admin. And I am taken advantage of because I am only a mod and people don't listen to me because I am not an admin so I am "I little mod" and "What can you do to stop me" are some of the things people would say, and they are partly correct. What can a mod do compared to an Admin, the can't no-clip, remove props, use the admin stick and people just kill them or disrespect them.Â
