Edit: I asked you ingame and you said you are referring to the A176969 report in which I remarked my distain for how the CI Infiltrator swep can be abused. How does this have anything to do with me not knowing the rules, I would like to know?

Well you see he is not AFK 24/7 and he almost has 600 reports done.
