NLR:New Life Rule,Field Agent kills a researcher on surface and researcher comes back and cuffs him and puts him on the wall

CI are going to have a meeting,Field Agent disturbs and kills all CI in the meeting.

Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X:
if player y killed for a reason then I would warn player x for the fake rdm.But if player y killed him randomly I would warn him for RDM

What would you do if you saw an Security or Researcher on the surface:
warn them for being on the surface and slay them

Because the staff team needs someone good,someone good enough to settle problems with players,When staff are offline most people rdm,propkill,prop push,racism and false demotes.This is why I should be a moderator
