Define RDM , and give an simple example scenario:
 RDM is a killing of without reason. For example, if a guard kills a D-Class for doing nothing, and just because they are D-Class.
Define NLR , and give an simple example scenario:
 NLR is the use of killing yourself or being killed in order to run back to a situation, or get back any weapons that are out of ammo/gone. For example, a person who uses their elastic bands up, cannot kill themselves to get them back.
Define Metagaming , and give an simple example scenario:
The use of knowledge not supposed to be known by the player one is acting as. Example is if a newsreporter knows about 173 before even being in the facility.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X:
 I would tell player X to go, and that Y would be punished, then I would give Y a warning.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
  I would see if the raid was following the rules. if it is unlawful, I will give said raiders a chance by telling them to leave, then I would jail them for 60 second if they did not listen.
Why you should be chosen(atleast 50 words):
 I should be chosen because, although only 13, I have the experience and knowledge to be mod, and maybe even admin. I am good with computors, and think that keeping rules enforced is a VERY important part of owning a server. I hope to bring justice to the users, and I'm prepared to do what is right.

I am a 13 year old who enjoys filmmaking and Gmod. So far, this SCP-RP is the best one I have been on. I am good with computers, and complimented for my maturity.
