Define RDM , and give an simple example scenario:
RDM is when player X Kills Player Y For no godamnn Reason ,Or when a player kills another player for no rp reason.

Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
I would tell him OOC is not for calling for assistance in a bank raid.Then i would tell him to use advert
What would you do if you saw an Guard detaining an SCP:
If i saw a guard which was not a MTF Detaining a SCP i would tell him why he can't Detain a SCP.Then i would warn him for FailRP
What would you do if you saw an Security or Researcher on the surface:
If I saw a Security or Researcher on the surface, I would first confront them and ask why they are on the surface, warn them they cannot be on the surface as security or researcher, and ask them to return to their spawn, or bring them there using TP.
Why you should be chosen(at least 50 words):
When someone is disobeying the rules i would deal with them as quickly as possible and hand out the most reasonable punishment.I would also like to make the server a much better place and add to staff due to the fact that has been mentioned that there is not much staff anymore.I view both sides in a argument as equal,I also would always listen to both sides of the story.And i have had multiple experiences as staff
