First I would check the logs, then I would hear both of the 2 sides story's then after that I would ask if any of them has any witnesses and then if there is one I would talk to them and then go on from there

I would tell him to use !report because Staff are not meant to take sits when people call in OOC.
What would you do if you saw an Security or Researcher on the surface:
I would warn him or her for FailRP (On surface as Researcher) then rocket the player or bring them back to where they should be.

Well most people know me as a minge (If you ask most of the admins), but anyways sometimes I am a minge and I like to have fun. Most people think I don't know the rules but I do I just choose to screw around. I know the rules and I will follow them as staff and I will respect them and follow orders from the higher Staff, But the server is lacking active staff with staff not being online such as mods not being on, I don't think I have ever seen more than 2 mods on at once and when you call a sit no one comes or it takes a little bit. But we need more Staff and I am willing to do this and give up my RP in order to make the server better.

I'm a 16 year old male and I was born in a small town in MN I enjoy being out doors and flying planes. Some of my hobby's are Plane spotting and Hunting. I shoot Trap & Skeet for my school and get good grades. And I'm very serious when I have to work and stuff.
