RDM also known as a Random Deathmatch. It is when a player kills another without a good roleplaying reason.
For example, an MTF Guard blasts the crap out of a Researcher for doing his job.

NLR stands for New Life Rule. This means that if you are killed by a player, you can NOT go back to the place of your death and kill that same player. You must forget about everything bad that happened to you before you died. You cannot go to the same place that you have died at until the wait time is over. Of course, you can walk past it, but you cant loiter around the area.
The only example that I could think of is the CI raids. If a Field Agent manages to kill a Chaos Insurgency unit, that unit cannot return to the raid until their NLR time is over.

Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X:[/font]
 First, I would bring them to a secluded location away from other players so I can listen to BOTH sides of the story. When they are both done sharing, Id go and check the damage logs to see who fired the first shot. If the damage logs show that Player Y shot first, I'd give Player Y a warning and return them to their original position.

 First of all, I'd tell Player X that they aren't suppose to use the OOC chat for RP reasons since it does stand against the rules. If they need help, call the policemen.
What would you do if you saw an Security or Researcher on the surface:
Security and Researchers aren't suppose to be on the surface. I'd tell them that they cant be at the surface. After, I'd slay them to send them back underground. If I find the same people coming back to the surface as a Researcher or Security, I'd issue a warning.

I just enjoy the company that the server provides. The server is full of friendly people who interact a bunch. Seeing all these friendly faces urged me to apply. I also love this community overall and I want to be more involved in helping. Ive never been a staff member before, but i'm taking the risk just so I can get a good experience and so can all the other players.
