SteamID (steamidfinder)
STEAM_1:1:94348861

Age:
16

Estimated Server Time (minimum 24hrs) (BE SURE TO POST A CROPPED SCREENSHOT OF YOUR TIME FROM IN GAME. THIS MEANS THE BOX IN THE TOP RIGHT):
1week, 24 minutes

Languages you speak:
English

Define RDM, and give a simple example scenario:
NLR is the rule that keeps you in your spawn for a set amount of time after death and keeps you from revenge killing! In some cases, like a CI raid, NLR can be changed for different scenarios

Define FAIL RP, and give a simple example scenario:
FailRP is when you break a certain rule that your character would never do such as 682 befriending every SCP and human while enraged!

Define Metagaming, and give a simple example scenario of Metagaming:
MetaGame is somewhat linked with NLR! If you "have a hunch" that a CI may be in a certain spot or use ooc to find people, that is metagaming

How would you, as a player, deal with this type of situation? (As user, not staff).
Player X is an MTF, Player X kills Player Y, another MTF. Player Z cuffs Player X and sticks him to a wall.
I would uncuff player X and report Player X for RDM, then i would mention what Player Z did to the admin/mod during the sit!

Explain how you would handle the following situation: (As staff).
Player X accuses player Y of RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X:
I would ask player Y his reason for killing player X and then if it turns out player X was letting out a SCP, i warn player X, but if player Y RDMed just to RDM, then i warn him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: (As staff).
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
I tell him to use !report if he has a problem

What would you do if you saw a researcher or Janitor on the surface? (As staff).
I would give them a verbal warning telling them they cannot be on the surface, then i would grav gun them back into the facility or give them the option to kill themselves.

Do you have any past staff experience
Yes

How experienced are you with the ULX Interface/commands?(Putting down a list of commands does not count)
I have used it before and i have gotten the hang of it.

Do you have a Microphone? (Required unless you are able to type at 60+Words Per Minute [WPM])? typeracer.com (TAKE A SCREENSHOT AND ATTACH IT IF YOU MUST DO THIS)
Yes i have a mic

Can you use Teamspeak and speak on it?
Yes

Have you read the Staff Guidelines?:
Yes

Why should you be chosen? (at least 50 words):
I am familiar with the rules, even though i do mess up sometimes! I can be on alot and I have my experience as staff on other servers! I know how to use the commands and wouldnt abuse my rights! I can remember things easily and I am very efficient!

Tell us about yourself:
Hello, I am James! I 16 and from Corpus Christi, Texas. I am a calm person at most times unless someone becomes unreasonable! I have a sharp eye and excelent hearing! My grammer may be off at times, but its mostly because of lack of sleep from studying for tests! I enjoy this server and would like to help out!

Question:
Answer:
You defined NLR in the RDM section.
MetaGame is somewhat linked with NLR! If you "have a hunch" that a CI may be in a certain spot or use ooc to find people, that is metagaming
You just gave an example...
I would uncuff player X
Then you would get involved, why not just report it without getting involved?
then i would grav gun them back into the facility
Just use ULX teleport instead of graving or giving them an option to kill themselves.
It says nothing about Player X letting out an SCP so use "for example" if you are trying to use it as an example.
Your picture of your server time isn't working (It might be my PC but I'm pretty sure it is a problem in the application...)

I think this app was rushed into being a great application, as you did have flaws but many cons too. You had great grammar but failed to answer most questions the way they should be answered.

-Support

It appears the community is not the largest supporter of you and your application. No worries! I’d suggest the following as I personally think you gave it a good shot BUT tried to rush it! Here are my tips!

1) re-read the staff rules all the way through, YES it’s tedious and all, but you won’t regret it!

2) Read my staff guides, they can give a few pointers and I plan to make a new one with tips for applying.

3) Be yourself, just be honest to you.

4) Remember a -support does not mean you are declined, just as a +support doesn’t mean an acception. Only the quality of your application can do that.

5) Enjoy your stay at Skynet my dude :dab:

Denied. You have no examples for anything. You defined NLR in the RDM section. Last of all you have bad answers for the situations.
