Define RDM, and give a simple example scenario:
RDM = Random Deathmatch. SCP-372 Kills a Player when the player has done no Harm to the SCP or the Person it is currently Stalking.
Define NLR, and give a simple example scenario:
NLR = New Life Rule. I am a Field Agent or MTF and i get killed by a CI, After death i go back and kill the CI as if i was never killed.
Define FAIL RP, and give a simple example scenario:
Fail RP = Failing to follow the Rules for a specific Job or Breaking basic Server Roleplay rules. I am SCP-682 and i team with D-Class or MTF against others.
Define Metagaming, and give a simple example scenario of Metagaming:
Metagaming = Using OOC information in Roleplay Character. I am a Field Agent, SCP-682 Just escaped Gate-A. I use /ooc To say SCP-682 is out of the Facility at Gate-A.
How would you, as a player, deal with this type of situation? (As user, not staff).
Player X is an MTF, Player X kills Player Y, another MTF. Player Z cuffs Player X and sticks him to a wall.
As a User trying to Roleplay i would call a Moderator or Admin to come handle the Situation using /report and share my side of the story, I would then continue what i was doing.
Explain how you would handle the following situation: (As staff).
Player X accuses player Y of RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X:
As a Staff, I would check both Ranks of the Users then there are two different situations this can follow, Scenario 1. Player X is a CI and player Y is an MTF, I would explain to player X that, that is not RDM as they are enemy roles and Player Y did what he was supposed to do. Scenario 2. Both Player X and Y are MTF, I would warn Player Y for RDM and Kick Player Y for 90 Minutes.
Explain how you would handle the following situation: (As staff).
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
I would bring Player X to the Staff Area (With the Piano) and Explain to Player X that is Metagaming and Warn him for it then i would place Player X back and watch if he does it right or wrong again if he does it right i will let them be, If he announces it wrong i will Temporarily Kick/Ban him for Metagaming x2 after Warned by a Staff.
What would you do if you saw a researcher or Janitor on the surface? (As staff).
Simply warn them and Teleport them back to the Facility.
Do you have any past staff experience?
I have had HR experience on groups in a different game but that is all.
How experienced are you with the ULX Interface/commands?(Putting down a list of commands does not count)
I do not fully understand the ULX Command concept yet and all of the commands, but i am learning fast.
Do you have a Microphone? (Required unless you are able to type at 60+Words Per Minute [WPM])? typeracer.com (TAKE A SCREENSHOT AND ATTACH IT IF YOU MUST DO THIS)

Why should you be chosen? (at least 50 words):
I feel i should be chosen because i need more Experience with Moderating different games, I am very fond with the SCP Genre and Sci-Fi / Horror, I also Know all of the MOTD Rules and almost every SCP Foundation rule from the Wiki.
Tell us about yourself:
I am 18, trans MtF and live with my Parents in a smallish house, . I have a PC and received Diamond VIP on your Server . I am looking forward to spending more time on this server and helping out, i am applying due to the influx of people breaking all the rules namely prop blocking and handcuffing scps, I look forward to see if this application gets Accepted.
