Killing another player without a clear reason
Bob kills Sally because she walked in front of him.
Define NLR , and give an simple example scenario:
Dying and killing the person who killed you.
After Sally was killed she went and murdered Bob out of vengeance.

Bob's character uses knowledge from a previous character that Bob had in the past.

Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X:
Tell Player Y that the evidence is there and send them off with a warning.

Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
Verbally warn Player X and tell him that he should use advert.
What would you do if you saw an Security or Researcher on the surface:
Verbally warn them, if they stayed on the surface or came up again I would warn them.
Why you should be chosen(atleast 50 words):
I am reasonably responsible and I can learn rules and terminology fairly quick. I was also Staff on a Minecraft server that I played on several years ago and did fairly well in that. I also am pretty good at keeping an eye out for trouble and I am not afraid to call someone out on something that they have done wrong.

I am not available to do insanely long shifts on week days but on weekends I will more than likely spend a lot of time on my computer. I have always liked the thought of helping people settle disputes in games that I love and that is one of the reasons I want to be a moderator.
