Define RDM , and give a simple example scenario:
Random Death Match, is a player randomly killing another player for no reason. (Ex. A MTF guard kills another MTF guard for no reason.)

Define NLR , and give a simple example scenario:
New Life Rule, means that if someone kills another player, that player cannot interact or go to the area that said player has died in. (Ex. A thief kills someone who doesn't give there money in a mug, the said player cannot go and kill him back for 2 minutes.)

Define FAIL RP, and give a simple example scenario:
FailRP is something that breaks you out of character. (Ex. SCP-049 cannot syringe anyone, if they have guns pointed at him.)

Define Metagaming, and give a simple example scenario of Metagaming:
Metagaming is using knowledge that your character is not supposed to know about. (Ex. Asking as a Class D If a CI raid is happening.)

How would you, as a player, deal with this type of situation? (As user, not staff).
Player X is an MTF, Player X kills Player Y, another MTF. Player Z cuffs Player X and sticks him to a wall.
I would report Player X for RDMing Player Y, and I would Player Z for FailRP.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: (As staff).
Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X:
I would check the damage logs for who shot first, and whoever did do it first, would get a warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: (As staff).
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
I would firmly tell them, that you should use advert to get people to help you, instead of using OOC chat.

What would you do if you saw a researcher or Janitor on the surface? (As staff).
I would slay them if they were to leave the surface, give them a warning, a verbal one if they're new players.

Why you should be chosen? (atleast 50 words):
I'm usually on the server almost everyday, I see a lot of rule breakers, but when they do it, there literally no staff online. I want to enforce these rules because whenever I play this server in the morning, there are lots of rule breakers with no staff on, and it's very annoying. The other players barely even care either.

I can be a funny person at times, I can also be a very mad person depending on the situation.

+support Solid app, but for the dealing with RDM as staff one you should listen to both of their stories and try to verify it with other players that were there just in case. The researcher or janitor on the surface one isn't wrong, but I would recommend slaying them to reset their RP becuase they might have gotten guns on the surface. Apart from that, this is a good app, and I look forward to seeing you on the server.

i would read over the questions further, because for one/some of the as a user/staff questions you did it from a user's prespective, not a staff member. also if you couldnt read it, the question about your time says cropped, not a giant screenshot of gmod

Empty all that matters is that he posted proof. It's not that big of a deal if it isn't cropped. Sure, it would be nice if it was, but in reality, no one actually cares.

For this question "What would you do if you saw a researcher or Janitor on the surface? (As staff)" you would want to bring them not phys gun them back because the person might get stuck and cause complications, but overall the app is pretty good.
