How would you, as a player, deal with this type of situation? (As user, not staff).
Player X is an MTF, Player X kills Player Y, another MTF. Player Z cuffs Player X and sticks him to a wall.
i would use !report and tell the admin what i saw if they need me too
Explain how you would handle the following situation: (As staff).
Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X:
warn player y for rdmx1 and lying to staff
Explain how you would handle the following situation: (As staff).
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
tell player x that you call for help im advert chat
What would you do if you saw a researcher or Janitor on the surface? (As staff).
tell them that researcher/janitor can't be on the surface and put them back in facility

Why you should be chosen? (atleast 50 words):
why i believe i should be an admin because i would be a good mod i would not be a dick i would answer reports and i could adapt to most situations and i would check the logs and if i did not know what to do i would ask some a staff with more knowledge that's why i should be mod

i live in Oregon i like real time strategy games and first person shooters and i'm getting into roll play
