MTF Guard kills a Free-Roamable SCP.
The MTF Guard had no reason to kill this SCP, so this is identified as RDM.

I would go ahead and get a higher-up admin to the situation and we both handle it.

This Would be Metagaming. Since this is IC Info but he is using it OOCly. I will go to this player and ask him why he was doing so, and if he continues to meta-game, I will warn him. If he still continues I will get a higher admin to help me handle it.

Immediately Detain this player for breaking there job role. And If they continue this, they will be warned. If they still continue, it will result in a ban most likely.

I should be chosen because first off, I have a lot of experience being an Admin. So I will know how to handle situations or problems. #2, I am greatly responsible. If I am a moderator and a player RDMs, I wont warn him, I should go ahead and get a higher admin. and finally #3, I follow all rules. If rules are given out, It is most likely that I am to follow those rules. And going back to #2, if I broke a rule of Admin, I will not refuse to tell the truth or lie. I will stand to my actions and tell what happened.
