Random killing for no reason.. guards shooting class D's in there cell

i wouldn't respond because its in OOC so i would remind him not to do that
Why you should be chosen(at least 50 words):
I have a lot of past experience with being an admin on many different servers so i think i would do pretty good as a moderator. Also am a very responsible young man and i hate when people break the rules and fail RP. Also, i am very good with baby sitting which also proves that i am good at being responsible.
