listen i get that you want this whole 'permission and authorization' system but atm theres no foundation rp so we have to take baby steps here

It prevents researchers from going out and doing research without an MTF guard.
So if you don't like that maybe you should play researcher/MTF more?
I am considering that myself.

The MTF escort rule fails for the same reason. There simply isn’t enough facility RP for researchers to consistently have an MTF waiting at d block to escort them especially considering how big a job the mtf team has with the bigger facility
