Dunno why im replying to this but if I'm completly honest fromy reading this it seems like it's cancerous from both sides staff and the applicant, I feel that the applicant may or may not have been as bad as he is made out to be and that the problem is all the comments are both about hatred and revenge. Simple- Staff hates applicant for supposedly trying to demote sirspy and applicant hates sir spy for supposedly breaking rules and abusing.
So either way we can't have you on the staff team as there will be too many issues and tension between people. We as staff like to get along and have banta, no arguing more like debating so I'm going to have to say.
You are free to reapply at a later date if you would like, once this has blown over and you have proven to the owners, myself and the other members of staff that you are 110% capable of following all the rules, accepting responsibility, listening and setting a good example, and I couldn't tell if you had copied the answers but avoid doing so or its instantly denied.
