Suggestion Title: New map: SCP Area 14 w/ surface [rp_area14_v2]
How would it benefit the server: The map adds a breath of fresh air to the server. Furthermore, it adds a lot of completely new rooms and interactives.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Quote from ^: "Area-14 is primarily used for large-scale, dangerous, and/or hostile anomalous entities and as such is staffed with a regiment-strength security detachment as well as heavy weapons, armored vehicles, and air support."
^To sum it up its supposed to be the most secure area [areas are, in general, more secure than sites].
Additional notes:
Maybe try and make a--good rp map voting system [unless you already got one] and squeeze this map in?? (site 12 and area 14 are both very unique maps and having both somehow would be amazing!) But if its one or the other--its fine.
If your gonna use a map vote system ANYTHING BUT this one (just no):

Some features include:
- Solitary confinement or the SHU (for D class)
- Maximum security D block [red zone]
- Multi leveled D block
- Cell Overwatch Control [Alert status, should be broad-casted to entire server automatically]
- and much much more!

Potential Issues/Exploits:
- The close all doors button just like any other button (or switch) can be spammed.
- Evacuation shelter should not have bases that take up room inside them (defeats the purpose of evacuating as many people as you can in an emergency).
