I would un detain the scp (if I can) and tell him to not do it or kick or ban the guard as they are not allowed.
What would you do if you saw a Security or Researcher on the surface:
tell them there not allowed on the surface or they will be kicked and banned for a short time.

I really want people to have the best time on the SCP server and not have to be annoyed by rule breakers.[/size]
It is not fun when you can't do anything and it pisses you off. I've experienced it before like I said earlier
I was trapped in a class d cell because of prop blocking. It is not fun at all.

[/size]I'm a very reliable person I've ben mods on rp servers before i left them for this a lot on dark rp.
I've really wanted to be on this mod team for a while now, it would be an honer.
