FPS drops when near 008/049-2

For some strange reason, my FPS drops to about 5 when I look directly at a zombie. I have no idea why, but it is horrible, and it makes me not want to play 049.

I heard about this, there's usually a decent sized lag spike when I turn into a zombie. It might be the same reason.
