Why Do You Want To Be Forum Staff?: To help out people in need and to get rid of abusers
What Do You Think Forum Staff Does?: help people in need and inforce the rules
Why Should We Pick You?: You should pick me so i can show my responsilbility on the server
(this is just constructive critism)
1. The Why do you want to be forum staff section is good and bad because the 2nd part is alright but the to help people in need is not correct
2. What do you thing Forum staff does?: This section is wrong to a point because the 2nd portion is correct
3.Why Should We Pick You?: This is the part that made me -support you because forum staff is not apart of the servers if you were thinking this was a server staff thing you should have tried posting for a moderator application.
Final verdict explained: I have to -support this because it seems like you got what a moderator and a forum staff does a forum staff has the responsibility of monitoring the forums (kind of self explanatory) and a moderator/admin has the responsibility of monitoring the server so this IMO needs to be redone and revised to not make it look like this is a mix between the 2 applications.
