Fixing hands on my custom class and possibly other SCPS

My SCP custom class (3857) is missing the ability to open doors and otherwise interact with objects with the use key, and I think it should be set back to how it used to be. There are also some other SCPs I think should have hands, and I don't have the time or will to check right now if they already do or not, but here's a quick list. 3857, 049, 343, 035-B, 280. Also, for fuck's sake, remove
customCheck = function(ply) return temp457suspension end,
customCheckFailMSG = "This job is currently suspended.",

or set temp457suspension to true.

We aren't taking 457 off of suspension as there is no counter to 457 itself. I may remove it altogether. As for the majority of the scps not being able to open doors I will go through and enable the E ability as needed.

The last time someone was working on the fire extenguisher swep was back in old terminus and i'm not about to ask him for it.

There is one on the workshop that works just fine. I don't see what's wrong with it.
