Possible needed advantage for the foundation
Potential issues/exploits:
Hiding from staff inside people (pretty sure staff can see when people are possessed, though.
Additional notes:
Dr. Bright wouldn't necessarily be a researcher, but rather, he would use his medallion as a tool for the foundation.. He could go undercover as a D class or CI in order to undermine both teams. This job would obviously have to be at least gold VIP and up (need element of trust). He would need to use a host to do this, so perhaps a modified brain control swep could be a development shortcut

I can see shitloads of abuse with this, and exploits and issues like players leaving and such. Too many issues with the idea, out community is not stable enough for this idea. It sounds fun as FUCK and I'd consider VIP for it, but it is TOO gamebreaking.
