Defining RDM with an Example
Killing someone for no reason.
Ex: Killing because someone was being a dick to you or for fun.
Define NLR with an Example
Going to an area where you died before the specified time is up.
Ex: Getting killed during a raid and going immediately back.
Define FailRP with an Example
Doing/knowing something you, as a character, shouldn't be doing/know of.
Ex: Going into the SCP Facility as a surface job.
Define Metagaming with an Example
Giving RolePlay information in OCC Chat (By Gmod RP standards)
Ex: Telling where someone is located in OCC to help Police/Gangsters/etc.
How would I as a player deal with this type of situation?
Player X is an MTF, Player X kills Player Y, another MTF. Player Z cuffs Player X and sticks him to a wall.
I'd first ask why Player Y was killed to see if it was an accident, then I'd tell Player Z not to cuff them as they aren't involved with this situation and shouldn't make it worse. Finally, I'd uncuff Player X and tell everyone to go about their business.
Explain how I would handle this situation as a staff member?
Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X.
I would first look at their job to see if it was really RDM (Like CI and FA incase there was a raid) and ask why they killed them. If the reason is legitimate, I would explain to Player X why it is and let them go. If not, I would warn Player Y for RDM, telling them why and letting them both go.
Explain how I would handle this situation as a staff member?
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I would tell Player X that was he is metagaming and that he should use the Radio to contact others of his job, then give them a verbal warning while returning them.
What would you do if you saw a Researcher or Janitor on the surface as a staff member?
I would warn them for FailRP and return them. They should know not to go up because of the big ass red textscreen before you leave the facility.
How experience am I with the ULX interface/commands?
I've messed with some commands in singleplayer before, but I've never had a chance to fully use them as well as it being in a multiplayer game. I'm confident that I can use simple commands, though.
Do I have a microphone?
Of course I do. How else am I supposed to call William a faggot?
Can I talk on TS?
Yeah, I'm not familiar with the interface, but I can join a TS and talk.
Why should I be chosen?
Because Sock has faith in me and I want to further it.
