Dealing with the report the ban time may need to be changed by higher ups to longer when i ban him because i can count 7 confirmed rdms by him and 1 instance of prop block and 1 rda (he probably did more but these are what i see from the screenshots)

*Edit: banned him but his sentence is whatever it is minus 12 hours for what i could ban him for time wise*
