“Report it” command

New command idea

How would it benefit the server:
Allows Staff to save time and remind cucks we have a report feature.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Spam?

Additional notes:

Merely implementing a command that staff of ANY LEVEL can use that makes the console say “The Report tool is a fun option! Merely type down !report to make a report today?”

An example of the command could be
“!RemindReport”
Or
“!reportadvert”

It could cut time used saying “make a report” and if done about every half hour it will remind PEOPLE TO USE THE FUCKING REPORT SYSTEM!
