SCP-500/Cyanide Pills/Syringe?

The following idea is based off of something I mentioned in a previous 343 suggestion, the part specificly is below before the typical template.

"-Curing 008/049
This one is a toughy and I don't even know HOW you could begin to code it in all honesty, I am sure someone else will come up with a better method and use for this idea, such as by instead creating SCP-500 for the job."

How would it benefit the server:
It could give 008 more use, and allow 049's zombie total increase due to a known method of insta-killing/curing his zombies!
Potential Issues/Exploits:
I don't know HOW you could cure the zombies, so maybe instead of making SCP-500 you could make Cyanide Pills or something, which would just as reasonably stop zombies maybe? So in other words, it's a lot of coding. (sorry TKK!)
Additional notes:
Basically I have 2 ideas

1) SCP-500, insta heals to at least 90 HP, cures SCP-049-2 and SCP-008, and could be found at 343's spawn?

2) Cyanide Pills, could be an item a specific class holds, or that can be found on the map, and could be an injecting syringe instead of a pill, basically either curing or killing.

In the scp game you can find them on the dead body's of mtf guards, plus I thought they found a way to duplicate them.

The duplicated pills are only effective in curing the subject 30% of the time, " so maybe there could be less potent versions for MTF officers? But in that case why even bother and instead use med kits like normal people
