SkyNet news team?

Okay so this is a small idea I had, probably won’t do it tbh, but I thought I’d share anyways.

We’d get about 5 members of the community, at least 1 forum staff, 1 server staff from the UK, 1 staff from the US, and 2 players from the US/UK server(s) to discuss things about the server. We’d discuss whatever the community wants really.

So I’m example we’d discuss the economy update, what it means, and what we think about it, along with any other events, trending threads, etc. we’d then finish with a poll and a quote from someone such as William or Nekon (if we can get them to agree to an interview lol) and we’d upload it as a thread on the forums. It’d be run by the community for the community in the community and helps keep the community informed while also giving the Dev team the chance to see what people think of an update without the unnecessary squeakers bitching and moaning. If we get enough people interested I’ll begin recruiting the news team ASAP.

I will not be leading the news team. Upon recruiting the news team THEY will decide who runs it.

As an extra note, I would LOVE to hear ALL opinions on this! But if you give an opinion I’d love to hear the reasoning behind it if possible! That includes positive opinions! Thanks!

True, I just feel a team of recognizable faces that hold no bias (or a team that can show both sides at least) would keep anyone from being butthurt. I agree we DO NOT NEED this, just an idea though. Thank you for your input though!
