Foundation Struggles

Under the implimentation of further SCP instances, it can create more roles, making it possible for less "DarkRP" scenarios and keeping the RP in the foundation as we want.

The potential SCPs in this suggestion post will all hold diffrent potential risks and issues, as will be described in their descriptions.

Below are ideas of some SCPs I have found suitable for our servers, at least in theory. I will most likely add another page as a reply to this, so keep your eyes out!

If you would like another idea added to this "Suggestion List" merely follow the format at the bottom of this list and submit your idea! IF it makes sense I'll add it to the list!



SCP-073 "Cain"

How to become this class?

Open Class, but VIP only until 12+ players join the server.

Class: Safe

1000 hp 100 armor

Inventory:
No items

Abilities:
Cain reflects damage taken, making him a potential human shield for those he cares about

Containment/Spawn?:
One of the extra cells in HCZ or the same spot as 343's spawn


Rules for SCP-073?

1) SCP-073 cannot attack others for any reason

2) SCP-073 may work with any faction as he deems worthy

3) SCP-073 does not follow REGULAR FearRP rules, and instead will only follow FearRP if a weapon is aimed at an instance of 191 whilse 073 is in the same room or hearing distance.

4) SCP-073 can be tied up and arrested if necessary to re-contain him

5) Although not advised (obviously), shooting/attacking SCP-073 is allowed for ALL classes. Although only under situation(s)
that would apply for a KOS such as being attacked, entering a prohibited area, fleeing capture, etc.

6) If an instance of 191 is alive on the server, SCP-073 cannot willingly leave the facility without 191 also escaping.




SCP-507

How to become this class?

VIP class, requires Bronze VIP or higher.

Skin Idea- N/A, most likely a default D-Class skin but with purple or grey clothing perhaps?

Class:Safe

100hp
0 armor

Inventory;
Physics-Gun, Gravity Gun, Camera, and a Stun-Stick

Abilities:
Short Range Teleportation to a visible location

Containment/Spawn?: Can free-roam, but spawn would be in an extra cell in the HCZ


Rules for SCP-507?

1) SCP-507 cannot attack anyone (except in self-defense)

2) SCP-507 must ALWAYS obey fear-rp

3) SCP-507 CAN teleport when under fear-rp

4) SCP-507 cannot leave the facility unless accompanied by 1 or more CI members.

5) SCP-507 cannot be cuffed

SCP-076-1 and SCP-076-2

How to become this class?
Must have 25+ players online and be inside the foundation, or be at least a Silver VIP to become 076-2

SCP-076-1 will be his coffin, although it is TECHNICALLY a different SCP, we can use SCP-895 instead.

Class-Keter/Euclid
HP-3000 Armor-0

Inventory includes;
Melee Weapon (Machete or Sword) that does 75-80 damage, Pocket, and Fists (but with a +10 damage boost)

Ability of 076-2

076-2 remembers everything in previous lives (as 076-2), "Able" also has no NLR wait.


Possible Rules for 076-1
None atm

Possible Rules for 076-2


1) 076-2 can attack anyone as he pleases, but if tickled by 999 must wait 10 seconds to attack anyone again, regardless of if he is attacked.

2) 076-2 (like all other SCPs) cannot enter D-Block

3) 076-2 CAN accept healing from others, but cannot heal HIMSELF, although he CAN use armor boxes as he pleases. (rule for when he is 100 or less HP)

4) 076-2 may not be elastic-cuffed, even after being tickled. However, with permission he can be handcuffed.

5) 076-2 does not apply to FearRP regardless of health or situation.

6) 076-2 may not USE FearRP under any circumstances, he either spares or kills.

7) 076-2 will not stop attempting to kill someone he has damaged until either
A) the target dies
B) the target is proven impossible to kill (determined by 076-2)
C) 076-2 is killed
D) 076-2 is tickled by 999



SCP-191

How to become this class?

Open Class, always available to change to.

Skin Idea-


Class-Safe

HP 100 Armor 20

Containment/Spawn?
191 could spawn in any free cell room in HCZ, near 343 spawn, or virtually any free room in the facility, even those without key-card locks.
Inventory will include;
One Camera, Pockets, a hacking card, a keypad hacker, and a spraypaint/paintbrush item.

SCP-191's safety is the utmost concern to SCP-079, therefore if she is attacked Cain will not be far. Find her and you find Cain.

Rule Ideas
1) SCP-191 cannot WILLINGLY leave the same room as SCP-079

2) SCP-191 cannot attack anyone, and will flee from anyone or thing that damages it.

3) SCP-191 can be FearRPed by StunBatons held by foundation staff, and guns as per regular FearRP rules.

4) SCP-191 can be cuffed, but it will do any (non-damaging) thing it can to avoid this.

5) SCP-191 can enter D-Block, but must flee from D-Block if it sees a weapon (that is not used against it in the manner of FearRP)

6) SCP-191 will flee any room that there is a weapon used against someone else in if at all possible

7) SCP-191 is allowed to leave it's cell if accompanied by a Staff member, even a janitor, or a friendly SCP such as 343, 079, 999, or 131 A/B.

8) For the sakes of 682, 191 is treated as a robot and cannot be attacked, but 191 will flee from 682 if it is aggro, as if a weapon had been used nearby.
8.2) For the sakes of the above rule, 939 will be treated the same as an aggro 682, as will any SCP 191 witnesses directly murdering an individual (outside of self-defense or protecting 191)

9) 191 is NOT KOS unless ordered by an individual with level 4+ access.

10) Regardless of KOS status, or lack of, 191 will attempt to escape the facility, but cannot do so without someone else such as an SCP, D-Class, or CI agent.

11) 191 can only communicate with in text chat, no verbal allowed

12) 191 has a hacking cooldown of 3 minutes, but can hack doors. However SCP-191 may not move while the door is hacking (except to avoid body blocking)

SCP-507 seems pretty cool. SCP-073 shouldn't have to abide by FearRP, and should maybe have his health amped up to 10,000 HP or so instead.

If 079 "Cain" is added might as well add 191 because everyone i've seen are always pairing these two together in the SCP Fanbase because of how well they seem to get along, so maybe make one of Cain's rule is to protect her and if she's kidnapped or something by the CI, he has to follow their orders to ensure her safety. (this just a theory)

If 079 "Cain" is added might as well add 191 because everyone i've seen are always pairing these two together in the SCP Fanbase because of how well they seem to get along, so maybe make one of Cain's rule is to protect her and if she's kidnapped or something by the CI, he has to follow their orders to ensure her safety. Brilliant Idea! Although I doubt SCP-191 would make a huge diffrence, it would be a wonderful idea!
