Define RDM , and give a simple example scenario:
RDM is Random Death Match. Random Death Match is the act of randomly killing someone, hence the name.
Example: Without warning, a Researcher begins to shoot 3 MTFs walking down the hallway. When confronted, the Researcher begins spouting racial slurs incessantly.
Define NLR , and give a simple example scenario:
NLR is the New Life Rule. The New Life Rule means that all memories of your 'past life' are forgotten when you respawn. One would need to wait 2 minutes before NLR resets, and in the event of a raid, said person would need to wait until the raid is over.
Example: The CI and MTFs are in a bloody battle over the Heavy Containment Zone. One of the MTFs is slue in battle, and when he respawns, he instantly proceeds to return to the fight and kills a couple CIs.
Define FAIL RP, and give a simple example scenario:
FailRP is Fail Roleplay. If one would not do something within the bounds of the RP situation, it would be considered failing RP.
Example: An MTF begins to restrain all of the Researchers and Security Guards, and yells for the Class Ds to escape before they respawn.
Define Metagaming, and give a simple example scenario of Metagaming:
Metagaming is the act of understanding something that your RP character simply could not.
Example:
(OOC) xXx_CI_xXx: lol xd escaping through vents with 5 class ds ;D
*Radio* MTF: Reports of Class Ds escaping with CI in Vents. Flood the vents with our Mobile Task Force Unit. Over.
How would you, as a player, deal with this type of situation? (As user, not staff).
Player X is an MTF, Player X kills Player Y, another MTF. Player Z cuffs Player X and sticks him to a wall.
I would report Player X, and to be quite frank, I would let Player Z go free, because Player X might have tried to RDM others.
Explain how you would handle the following situation: (As staff).
Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X:
Knowing that the console doesn't show everything sometimes, I would check the B/Plogs, whichever this server uses, and if so in the damage or any other relevant logs proves Player X right, I would explain to Player Y that he may not RDM, and would explain what RDM is, and then I would rightfully warn him (I do not believe in verbal warnings) and return them both, unless one of them would like to speak to me further.
Explain how you would handle the following situation: (As staff).
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
As I usually do, I would tell Player X that he must use Advert, because if anyone listened to him, it would be Metagame. OOC is for Out of Character discussions, while Advert is for roleplay.
What would you do if you saw a researcher or Janitor on the surface? (As staff).
I would teleport to the Janitor or Researcher and explain to them that they can't be up there. I would then make sure they listened to me, and slay them. If they return again, I would warn them.
Do you have any past staff experience
Yes, I have been staff on quite a few servers. I would prefer not to say which ones.
How experienced are you with the ULX Interface/commands?(Putting down a list of commands does not count)
I am very experiences with ULX. I feel I know every command there is to know. Because I had past experience with Staff, sometimes when I am in Singleplayer, since I have the ULX mod, I will sometimes practice commands on myself. An example would be I would test jailing on myself, or perhaps bringing/teleporting myself.

I could if I were required, but Teamspeak is really old. You should move on to Discord.
Why you should be chosen? (atleast 50 words):
I am usually on when other staff are not, early in the morning. I can really help in such situations. For instance, if there's a mass RDMer in D block or a propblocker, all I can do is sit there and wish there were staff on. Other times, I feel the staff take a really long time to respond. I never ignore a report, for I know how truly aggravating it can be to be ignored.
Tell us about yourself:
I am a very quiet intellectual at school and other activities I may do. I play video games to escape the horror that is reality and my own head, and I am used to fading into the shadows of obscurity. I sometimes get fed up when I am ignored ingame, because I come here to escape all my self loathing and doubt, and I don't want it to follow me into my one respite. I make jokes a lot and try to make others laugh because I want some confirmation that I am not nothing.

Extra notes: I know I have really stirred the pot in some recent actions I have done, and to any staff who have been insulted, just try to ignore how I have treated you. Especially towards Slenderman, I am sorry I got so angry at you, all I wish for is for me to make acquaintances with the staff team. It pains me to know that somewhere in the world someone hates me, but my own emotional turbulence can lead to some quite hurtful comments, and I solemnly swear that if I become moderator, none of these bad traits shall follow me.
