Hello all!
(Staff members, we HIGHLY encourage you to show up regardless on if you have feedback or not)
This meeting is directed at SCP-RP Staff members initially. The designated purpose is to receive feedback that normally doesn't get heard/acknowledged. Through having this meeting we hope to encourage people to speak up (not against) about the things that need to be addressed, handled, and straightened out.
What this means in general terms is if there is/was a problem and it is not fixed or being handled, then this is a way to give a new listing towards the 'to-do' list that we have planned to address over time.
In addition to this being a meeting for staff members, this is also a meeting for any concerned player/moderator (including forum, or any other game mode) that has a clue on what needs to be done. (Rules, problems, permissions, in-game problems, forum problems for the gamemode, etc.) This means we encourage others to come and meet with us and we will attempt to assist/listen to you.
We also might listen to suggestions depending on how the meeting is going, or based on attendance of people.
Keep in mind, however, although this is a generally open meeting, we will be listening to the staff of the gamemode FIRST and privately so please be patient as we talk with them. Afterwards you will be able to talk to us and give your feedback. This does not mean you are free to give direct feedback on staff and other players within the community/gamemode. This meeting is to address the state of the server itself, population, GENERAL attitude of the player base, as well as any concerns for the future of this community and/or gamemode. If you feel like a certain person needs to be address RIGHT THEN, please send me a PM on the forums.
We hope to see you there and assist us in learning and aiding this community and gamemode!
