Define RDM , and give a simple example scenario:
RDM = Random Death Match ( Randomly Killing people for no reason )
Ex: Player 1 Kills Player 2 for no reason at all, Player 1 kills multitudes of people (2,3,4) in rage from dieing (Can also be associated with NLR )
Define NLR , and give a simple example scenario:
NLR = New Life Rule (Respawn Rules you have to follow)
Examples
Following NLR : Dieing from a CI during raid, staying in spawn until raid is over
Breaking NLR: Dies from a CI during raid, leaves spawn and attacks again
Define FAIL RP, and give a simple example scenario:
FailRP = Fail Roleplay (Breaking job rules)
Ex : Getting/Buying a gun from gun dealer as an SCP, not dropping it, and shooting facility members.
Define Metagaming, and give a simple example scenario of Metagaming:
Metagaming (Basically breaking 4th wall to gain an advantage)
Person is talking about SCPs that are loose in OOC, Person 2 uses that and advertises that SCPs are free.
How would you, as a player, deal with this type of situation? (As user, not staff).
Player X is an MTF, Player X kills Player Y, another MTF. Player Z cuffs Player X and sticks him to a wall.
Uncuff Player X, find Player Z, if Player Z tells me how Player X killed Player Y (Obviously I would most likely not know, I don't watch the kill logs 24/7) I will go back to Player X and ask why he did it. If it was against the rules and isn't justified, he'd be warned for RDM.
Explain how you would handle the following situation: (As staff).
Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X:
Teleport both to a secluded part in the map for a sit, ask for screenshots or video proof of RDM, if player Y kills player X or player X kills player Y, killer will be warned (Will rather be RDM or RDM x2 if proof is given and also depending which player killed who)
Explain how you would handle the following situation: (As staff).
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
Ask about the situation/ Teleport to situation, if it's against the rules, pull out robbers and talk to them about rules, if they repeat the same thing, I warn them. If the situation isn't against the rules, go back to regular duties.
What would you do if you saw a researcher or Janitor on the surface? (As staff).
Grab them with my physics gun and talk to them about how Janitor/Researcher isn't allowed on surface, second time, verbally warn them and slay them, third time is a warn and a slay.
How experienced are you with the ULX Interface/commands?
Well experienced, I have used it in 2 player servers with my friend.

I do not have teamspeak, I can, however, talk on Discord.
Why you should be chosen? (atleast 50 words):
I've saw alot of stuff going on when Admins and Moderators are AFK, and said staff is AFK for a very long time, meaning that it was completely and utterly hectic. I'm usually not AFK and can respond quickly. There is also those occasions during the day where there's no admin or moderator on. And I'm usually very active on this server, so that problem will almost disappear.
Tell us about yourself:
I'm a 13 year old boy in Ohio, with problems like Autism and Aspergers, which I have overcome to be just some regular kid. I also play football, practices are from 10:30 to 12:30, so those are usually the times which I won't be on.
What server(UK/US):
I play on the US server alot more than the UK server.
