Define RDM and give an example:
RDM Stands for random death match, an example being a player killing an other player with no reason. RDM ruins lots of players RP experience and ive experienced it alot.
Define NLR and give an example:
NLR Stands for new life rule, NLR applies when a player dies. You must wait about 2-3 minutes before NLR ends. An example of NLR is when two players are in a skirmish, when one of them dies they must wait about 2-3 minutes before going back. (But when you die you shouldnt even know the fights going on)
Define Metagame and give an example:
Metagaming is using OOC or Out-of-character in your Rp. An example being a CI complaining in OOC that one of the gates to the facility have been propblocked and an Feild agent goes and kills him.
Explain how you would handle the situation,
Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y kills player X:
As always i would put them in an enclosed area and have a little chat with them. I would listen to their "Storys" and see if there was a good reason for killing one an other and if theres any flaws in their little story. When they are done i would warn the player who has more evidence against him.
Explain how you would handle the situation,
Player X calls for help in OOC because his bank is being raided:
Check for any raids being adverted, if there isnt then the raiders would be warned for not adverting RAID. If they have adverted then i would do nothing.
What would you do if you saw an Security/Researcher on the surface:
At first i would tell them to go back immediatly, if they resist i would teleport or phys gun them back. If it happens more than once they would get warned.
Why I should be chosen:
I think i should be chosen because i need the experince. I already am an experienced moderater but when i got the job in a diffrent server itwasnt really an "experience" more like an snitch type of thing. But otherwise i know how to be a proper admin although the only flaw is that im not that experienced with ULX but im a quick learner. Otherwise alot players love playing with me and id love it to be an moderater or admin.

Im about to be a freshman after summer ends and ive been playing gmod for about a year or two. I have a great personality and i always respect my elders and superiors. Otherwise thats really it.
 However if this application gets denied then i respect your choice and i understand. If this gets accepted then thank you and get to work as soon as i can!
