ANSWER: I would hear out both sides of the story then I would warn player Y for RDMing.

ANSWER: As an Admin/Mod there is nothing you can do unless the person who is raiding did not call raid or breaking the rules in some way.
What would you do if you saw an Security or Researcher on the surface:
ANSWER: I would warn him/her for breaking the rules and tell them if they do it again I will have to suspend them from there job.

ANSWER: I think i should be chosen, because I am on every day, and I am on in the morning. Most of the time there are no Admins/Mods on in the morning. If there is a problem I will do all I can in my power to fix it. I will hear out both sides of the story if someone RDM's another person. I would not ban/kick them right away if they did something i would hear what they would have to say. I will not abuse my powers.
