Define RDM , and give an simple example scenario:

(Random Deathmatch) killing without in game reason or only to cause frustration to other players. Billy is mtf, he is bored so he decided to kill another mtf. That is RDM.
Define NLR , and give an simple example scenario:

(New Life Rule) When a player dies he must act like he can't remember what happened in his previous life. Billy was killed by Bob and he is mad so he decided to get revenge. Â Billy's new character shouldn't recall being killed by Bob, his new character seeking revenge violates the new life rule.Â

ANSWER(Giving your character knowledge that you learned outside of the game that your character should not know) You find out that a player won't be online to protect the bank so then you have your character rob the bank. that's an example of METAGAMING .

Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X:

Why i should be chosen is because i'm freindly and nice.Also i'm in NEHS and I also took the GT TEST GT= GIFTED AND TALENTED. I'M also fair and not bossy.ANTOHER trait I have is i'm cooperative with other people and helpful. I would guide new players that joined the server.
